Meet Jarrod The Builder

After growing up in chilly Victoria, Jarrod set his sights for warmer climates and fell in love with the beautiful beaches, endless running trails, and the welcoming community of the Sunshine Coast. This was the place he wanted to call home.
After already many years in the industry, Jarrod came to realise his passion for building lies in the art of creating. Transforming homes to become more aesthetically pleasing, bringing more comfort into spaces, and improving the quality of people's lifestyles.
Jarrod created Seachange Builders as a way to connect with clients; spending time, discussing their style, understanding why their current home doesn't quite meet their needs and going through their ideas. Jarrod loves being able to bring to the table a creative and clever way of thinking, combined with a desire to give an old space new life.
