Jarrod Dean has been working in the building industry for over 20 years. He loves all things building and has a keen eye for finding a homes' hidden potential. Jarrod and his team are award winning builders who take great pride in every detail in every project. Our Building Process

Step 1: BRING US YOUR IDEAS Do you own a block of land or a home that needs updating? Or you’re just wanting the perfect outdoor living area and swimming pool? The first step is to write out a list of ideas and set yourself a budget. Then book an onsite consultation with Jarrod the builder. Step 2: LETS GET DRAWING When you are ready to take the next step, Seachange Builders will provide you with a quote to supply Design Drawings. Once the quote is accepted a Preliminary Agreement will be signed. Then you can leave your ideas with us and Seachange Builders will draw a preliminary design and a building estimate calculated. Step 3: PERFECT THOSE DETAILS Here is where any changes can be made to the design drawings to perfect those details. A final quotation will be supplied to you, with the build cost and a detailed list of the scope of works. Once finalised, a Building Contract can be signed. Step 4: PAPERWORK TIME This is where Seachange Builders will obtain the required documentation for the permit application. We will organise (where required) the following:
  • Engineering
  • Contour survey
  • Soil test
  • Title and PR search
  • Permit application
Step 5: HERE WE GO Once council building approval is obtained building works will commence. Step 6: AND WE'RE DONE Handover time. Once the build is complete, you will have an onsite meeting with Jarrod for handover. All keys, booklets, appliance warranty information will be passed on to you. After handover, your project will have a 7 year structural Warranty. Time to enjoy.
